Each of the defendants in these consolidated appeals, Robert Muckle, Stanley Scott and Maryann Sprague, was convicted, after a trial to the court, of disorderly conduct in violation of General Statutes § 53a-182(a)(5) in connection with a demonstration at the Planned Parenthood of Connecticut (Planned Parenthood) facility in New Haven.
