The defendant-appellant, Justin Burrell, appeals from the Superior Court's denial of his second Rule 61 motion for post-conviction relief.1 His sole argument on appeal is that his conviction for Felony Murder in the First Degree should be vacated because the homicide was not committed "in furtherance of" the underlying felony of Robbery in the First Degree.
