Michele M. Monopoli has submitted an affidavit dated February 5, 2008, wherein she tenders her resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see 22 NYCRR 691.9). Ms. Monopoli was admitted to the bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 8, 1994.

Ms. Monopoli avers that her resignation is submitted freely...
