Jonel Witherspoon Watson (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed, in part, a decision of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) awarding Claimant medical benefits for a closed period and litigation costs.
