R.S. 14:64 and 14:64.3; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1; possession with intent to distribute CDS Schedule II, cocaine, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A)(1); and aggravated flight from an officer, in violation of La.R.S. 14:108.1(C).
