PARKER, Justice.

Manford Welch and his wife, Ann Welch, appeal from a judgment against them in the amount of $152,691.63 plus costs in the underlying contract action, into which they were joined after a summary judgment had been entered against the original defendants. They also challenge the denial of their motion for a change of venue and the dismissal of their counterclaim alleging fraud. We affirm.
