The Pennsylvania State University and the PMA Insurance Group (collectively, Employer) appeal from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a decision by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying its petition to suspend the workers' compensation benefits of Robert Hensal (Claimant). Employer argues that it was entitled to a suspension of Claimant's benefits because he failed to engage in a good-faith job...
