The appellants seek review of a district court judgment which granted the appellees' motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
One of the named appellants, Marie Thibodeaux, has died. She and her husband, Ken Thibodeaux, alleged that the cause of her illness and subsequent death occurred as a result of contracting an asbestosrelated disease, mesothelioma, a type of cancer of the lining of the lungs.
