Appellant, Ronald Dean Tiger, pled guilty to bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and was sentenced as a career offender pursuant to USSG § 4B1.1.1 The district court rejected Tiger's argument that his prior felony conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) should not constitute a "crime of violence" within the meaning...
