Defendant, Louisiana Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company ("Farm Bureau"), appeals the judgment of the trial court finding that Plaintiff, Cheryl Lynn Charrier Stewart, was covered on December 16, 2003, by uninsured motorist insurance in a policy issued by Farm Bureau. The sole issue before the court is whether the rejection of uninsured motorist coverage by Mrs. Stewart's husband, Burl Stewart, also a Plaintiff, was valid under La. R.S. 22:1406(D)...
