CARAWAY, J.

Sherman Robinson was charged with indecent behavior with juveniles in violation of La. R.S. 14:81 and simple battery (a misdemeanor) in violation of La. R.S. 14:35. The matters were tried together after Robinson selected a bench trial for the felony charge. The court found Robinson guilty as charged on both counts and denied his motion for post-verdict judgment of acquittal.
