Appellant, Shantee Norena Stevenson, a.k.a, Shantese Norena Stevenson, was charged with two counts of robbery and related offenses. In the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, she pleaded guilty to one count of robbery and the State entered a nolle prosequi on the remaining charges.
