Plaintiff, Karen King, sued Defendants, Illinois National Insurance Company ("Illinois National") and American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"), alleging that she had seized a claim for failure to settle in good faith from Defendants' insured, Anesa M. Theus. Defendants sought a supervisory writ of the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. This court granted the writ and it is now before us on appeal.
