After a jury trial, Defendant, Jennifer Parker, a/k/a Jennifer Smith, was found guilty of negligent homicide arising from a motor vehicle accident which caused the death of her passenger, Rhonda Waters. The trial court sentenced Defendant to five years of imprisonment at hard labor.
