In this child in need of care matter, the mother, Melissa Winters, appeals the judgments of adjudication and disposition relating to her child, J.W., on the grounds that the trial court lacked jurisdiction and erred in approving the case plan. Because the trial court did not abide by the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act ("UCCJA") to determine whether it had jurisdiction, and because the trial court erred in approving the case plan, we stay the child...
