A jury convicted defendant Rolando S. Meneses of multiple crimes related to his participation in a scheme to defraud insurance companies. Defendant was accused of buying stolen police accident reports, using information from those reports to contact accident victims, referring the victims to attorneys and chiropractors (for which defendant collected fees), and encouraging the victims to inflate their insurance claims by receiving unnecessary...
