The State of Louisiana, through the Department of Social Services, seeks review of a juvenile court ruling in a child support case. The State contests the court's determination that the defendant is entitled to a credit for support he pays for another child who is not the subject of this proceeding and for whom there is no existing child support order. We reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand.
