Henry Ed Wallace appeals the trial court's revocation of his probation.

The record reflects that Wallace was convicted on February 23, 2006, of the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to three years' imprisonment; the sentence was split, and Wallace was placed on probation for three years.
