Defendant, Oscar K. James, conditionally pled guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He reserved his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his vehicle and his confession. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).
