In this criminal appeal from the defendant's conviction of a number of crimes arising out of the defendant's unauthorized entry into a building that subsequently was damaged by fire, the principal issue is the sufficiency of the evidence at trial to establish that the defendant set the fire intentionally. The defendant also raises a number of claims of prosecutorial impropriety, particularly challenging the prosecutor's downplaying of the role of intoxication...
