Heath, Sr. to appeal from a March 22, 2007, order dismissing the fourth count of defendants' counterclaim, which asserted a violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (the Act), N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 to -20, by plaintiff Czar, Inc.
