PER CURIAM:

Daniel Sandoval-Luna petitions for review of his removal proceedings. He contends that the Immigration Judge's denial of a continuance constitutes an abuse of discretion and violation of due process, and that the qualifying relative requirement for cancellation of removal, 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b)(1)(D), violates his equal protection rights. The government asserts we have no jurisdiction over Sandoval-Luna's petition. We hold that we have jurisdiction...
