Appellant Donald J. Deverso ("Deverso") appeals his convictions for possessing materials involving a depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B) and (b)(2) (Count One); transporting materials involving a depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1) and (b)(1) (Count Two);
