The Appellants, Russell Gainey, Sr. and Russell "Rusty" Gainey, Jr., appeal a district court judgment dismissing their claims against the Appellees, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries ("the LDWF"), Irvin H. Dares, Jr., and Philip Siragusa. We affirm.
