¶1. Kevie Cory Davis was convicted by a jury of possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine in the Circuit Court of Sharkey County. Davis was sentenced for his conviction of possession of marijuana to serve three years in the custody of the MDOC and fined $3,000. For his conviction of possession of cocaine, Davis was sentenced to serve twenty-four years and fined $500,000. The sentences in both conviction are ordered to run concurrently...
