Plaintiff, Zorronn Sartin, filed a disputed claim for workers' compensation alleging a disability and requesting the reinstatement of benefits by the defendant, State of Louisiana through the LSU/Bogalusa Medical Center (medical center), who was Mr. Sartin's employer.
