David Oliney Taylor pleaded guilty to nine counts of armed bank robbery, and one count of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113. He appeals from the district court's sentencing decision. He contends that the district court erred in concluding that he was previously convicted of two crimes of violence, and consequently in adjusting his advisory sentence upward pursuant to United States Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual...
