Justice ROBINSON for the Court.

The defendant, James W. Christodal, appeals to this Court from an adjudication of probation violation. On appeal the defendant contends: (1) that the state did not present credible evidence of a violation and, therefore, the hearing justice acted arbitrarily in finding that the defendant had violated his probation and (2) that the hearing justice imposed an excessive sentence because he failed to consider the totality...
