Defendant, Gena Parry, was charged by bill of information with third-offense driving while intoxicated (DWI), a violation of La. R.S. 14:98(D). Defendant pled not guilty and waived her right to be tried by a jury. Following a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged.
