Adrian and Zubin Mathai were once business associates of Daniel and Kathleen Warren. After they had a falling out, the Mathais sued the Warrens and vice versa. Before the litigation got very far, the Warrens filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy. Code. Their filings indicated that they had essentially no assets available for creditors. Skeptical, the Mathais filed a complaint to prevent the Warrens from obtaining a discharge...
