[¶ 1] Donna Martin and James Martin signed a premarital agreement comporting with the requirements of the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act (UPAA), 19-A M.R.S. §§ 601-611 (2007), two weeks before their wedding in June 2004. James died in November 2005. In this appeal we review a declaratory judgment of the Aroostook County Probate Court (Dunleavy, J.) finding the premarital agreement to be enforceable against Donna by James's estate....
