This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #2) filed on August 11, 2008. Plaintiffs seek to enjoin the enforcement of Florida Statute § 102.031(4)(a)-(b) (2008) on the basis that it is facially unconstitutional and unconstitutional as applied to plaintiffs' petition circulation activities.
