This insurance case asks us to consider the scope of a federal regulation that requires interstate trucking companies to obtain insurance covering motor vehicle accidents. Tymer and Shari Yeates sued Bingham Livestock Transportation for injuries arising from a truck accident. Carolina Casualty provided a general liability insurance policy to Bingham Livestock that included a provision required by federal regulation covering final judgments...
