Melesio Rojas pleaded guilty to (1) use of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense and aiding and abetting, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 924(c)(1)(A)(i); and (2) interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314. In exchange for his guilty plea, the government agreed to drop three other charges against Rojas.1 Rojas was sentenced to sixty months...
