BRUNSON v. STATE

No. 2D06-5446.

977 So.2d 748 (2008)

Vincent BRUNSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

March 26, 2008.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Steven L. Bolotin, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Bill McCollum, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Danilo Cruz-Carino, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

SALCINES, Judge.

We affirm Vincent Branson's withheld adjudication entered after he was found guilty of possession of cocaine and the probationary sentence imposed thereon. In order to prevent confusion in any future proceedings, however, we note that the probation order contains a scrivener's error. The probation order incorrectly reflects that Brunson entered a plea. Brunson was found guilty by a jury.
