Deputy Kristin Jones appeals the district court's partial denial of her motion for summary judgment based on qualified immunity. Jones stopped Plaintiff Sherry Amundsen after observing her improperly change lanes and weave between lanes. During the course of the stop, Jones administered roadside sobriety tests and ultimately arrested Amundsen for driving under the influence.
