GLICKMAN, Associate Judge:

Appellant Novel Hinton was tried and convicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (phencyclidine, or "PCP") with intent to distribute in a drugfree zone, and one count of possession of marijuana. Appellant challenges his convictions on several grounds, one of which merits more than cursory discussion — his claim that the judge abused her discretion and violated his rights under Criminal Rule 24(c)
