This is an appeal of a "Judgment For Rule For Eviction" rendered by the 18th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Pointe Coupee. The Judgment found in favor of Mr. Leslie H. Cantrell and Dixie Land Company of New Roads, L.L.C. and against Ms. Susan Mitchen Collins and ordered that Ms. Collins vacate the property at issue within twenty-four hours. For the following reasons, we reverse.
