This lawsuit arises out of a distribution agreement in which plaintiff Raab Sales, Inc. served as a distributor of products manufactured and produced by defendant Domino Amjet, Inc. Domino terminated the agreement, and Raab filed this lawsuit alleging that the timing of Domino's termination constituted a breach of the agreement.
