NORTHCUTT, Chief Judge.

The State accused Tanya McGlade and Linda McGlade of practicing midwifery without a license following the death of a relative after the home birth of her child. See § 467.201, Fla. Stat. (2004). A jury convicted them of the charge. The McGlades raise several issues on appeal, but we find merit only in their assertion that the jury instruction defining the charged crime was inaccurate. This error compels us to reverse their convictions...
