Mark Mize, a death-sentenced prisoner in Georgia, appeals the district court's denial of his federal habeas petition. The district court concluded that Mize's prosecutorial misconduct claim was procedurally defaulted; that the Georgia Supreme Court's resolution of his Brady claim was neither contrary to nor an unreasonable application of Supreme Court precedent; and that Mize has not made out a claim of actual innocence.
