Following a jury trial, Defendant, Kevin Ware, was found guilty of second degree murder, in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. Following the denial of his motions for post-judgment verdict of acquittal and for new trial, Defendant was sentenced to life in prison without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals alleging, among other things, that the evidence was insufficient...
