TROTT, Circuit Judge:

General Electric Capital Corporation ("GECC"), an oversecured creditor, appeals the bankruptcy court's order denying it default interest and attorneys' fees. GECC argues that the bankruptcy court improperly applied a per se rule against default interest to the facts of this case. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(d)(2)(A), and we reverse and remand to the bankruptcy court with instructions to apply the rule adopted by the...
