¶ 1. Lacory Harris was convicted in the Hinds County Circuit Court of two counts of aggravated assault for using an automobile to cause injury to his former girlfriend and her young daughter. He was sentenced to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) on each count with the sentences to run concurrently with one another and consecutively to a Madison County sentence.
