Plaintiff, Don Eisenhardt, appeals a judgment by the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana, in favor of Dorles Snook and State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company ("State Farm"), which held Snook was not liable for Eisenhardt's accident. For the following reasons, we reverse in part, amend in part, and as amended, affirmed.
