John McMahon appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County (trial court) granting the summary judgment motion of the Pleasant Valley West Association a/k/a Pleasant Valley West Club (Association), and dismissing the Association as a party in a civil action filed by McMahon.
