In this workers compensation case, plaintiff appeals the grant of a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, Marathon Ashland Oil Refinery. For the following reasons, we reverse.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Appellant filed the underlying claim for workers' compensation benefits as a result of work related exposure to toxic chemicals which he alleged precipitated and/or exacerbated his pulmonary dysfunction.
