Edward Dwyer, Jr., of the Circuit Court for Frederick County, who imposed a constructive trust on the home of her deceased father, James Cochrane, Jr., appointed a constructive trustee, and also ordered the trustee to convey the home to Respondent, Mr. Cochrane's Personal Representative, his son, William Andrew Cochrane.
