The plaintiff, Great Traditions Home Builders, Inc., appeals the decision of the Rochester District Court (Cappiello, J.) dismissing its eviction action against the defendant, Marie O'Connor, for failing to satisfy the statutory notice requirement. See RSA 540:2, III (2007). We affirm.
