The parties lived together and, several years after the birth of their only child, married. Less than a month later, the wife, pro se, filed for dissolution of marriage. Almost a year later, a hearing Was held before a general magistrate. Ten days after the magistrate filed a report, the wife filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
